Can a shallow root produce fruit?

I visited a lady whose story I won’t share but I’ll share her coping mechanisms. She has invested in gardening. From the moment that u get to her gate which is Pink! There’s beautiful greenery and flowers, creepers on the fence, lovely palms and then one enters the gate and it hits you! Boom! Flowers upon flowers, pots everywhere, natures way of spreading kindness and positive energy to the world. As soon as I entered,my mood changed. There was a peace that hit me, the scents from the flowers😍😍 As I sat down with her, she asks “would you like to tour the garden? I jumped out of my seat. She took me from her balcony round to the back of the house and I took pics of the plants that stood out for me. This particular one(pics attached) was growing on the wall, it was rooted on the wall. Another of its kind was rooted on another tree, another on piece of wood blooming away with its purple flower They grow upwards, passing their hosts. The roots don’t go deep they hang from the host. I was taken by this, how is this possible? I went home and pondered on this, would it be that this deep rootedness isa lie? Did we get it wrong?

There are people who just flourish anywhere they r planted whether they, are in a desert or lavish green botanical gardens they just prosper.(Read Isaac’s story) There are those who it’s work,it’s loads of hard work and adding manure and watering and TLC just to bud one flower.

This particular flower is the former, it will prosper. It’s prosperity isn’t based on its host nope. It’s prosperity is based on what is inside it. Not what it’s attached to.(there’s one attached to wood and it’s the one with the purple flower…imagine that!)

This plant decided that no matter where I am placed, I will flourish, I will bloom, I will do what I have been purposed to do….NO MATTER WHAT!

That’s the bold confidence as believers that we must carry within us, that NO MATTER WHAT, I flourish, I bloom, I prosper in all things pertaining to life and godliness. Just BLOOM.
